This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases made on Rearow.com and is designed to comply with EU consumer protection laws, including the Italian Consumer Code and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

2. Conditions for Returns

4. How to Start a Return

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

We will respond within 12 hours during our business hours and provide return instructions.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

In such cases, we will:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost or

  • Issue a full refund, including shipping costs

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
